Change is coming...

I could have sworn I had posted since July.  I think some sort of blog monster stole my posts.  I have been busy busy busy knitting.  I have completed a few things and am working on lots more.

I changed up the look a little bit.  It is temporary.  I am planning on really changing things and making it really fresh heading into the new year.  I plan on spending more time here.  I will definitely be here more in November.  Novemer is NoJoMo over at Open Diary and I am extending it here.  NoJoMo is National Journal Month (don't ask where the get No from...I think it is just an off shoot of NaNoWriMo and flowed with Jo so No it is).  I tried for two years to do NaNo and I just could never get past around 1500 words and then realized that it was not going to ever be my thing.  This will be my fourth year of NoJoMo.  It gets a little hard to come up with new and interesting things to talk about every day, but I am up for the challenge.  December is DePhoMo (one picture every day).  I did DePhoMo last year for the first time and for the most part I followed the prompts.  I would love to do it again, but it is just another big commitment.  Trying to get a picture and getting it uploaded by the end of the day.  I know it doesn't seem like a lot, but I am the world's largest procrastinator, so...  I am still undecided, but promise to make the decision by Thanksgiving.

Emmaline has updated, so you may want to check that out.  She has another update coming soon.  Just have to find the time to get her on the computer.

I figure since I have been gone for so long, I should share some is what I have been working on.

I have some real plans for this blog I hope that you will enjoy.  I am frantically reading (well not too frantically) two blogging books that piqued my interest.  So, as soon as I am able to sit down and put those ideas into action.  Most of my time right now is spent knitting.  But I am expecting that my Christmas queue will be shrinking throughout November and I will be able to put some plans into action.

Stay tuned...
